The system generates quote based on the number of pages in the PDF, type of print needed, layup requirement, quantity, finish, paper type, finishing and delivery needed.


The designer will be able to upload PDF, check order history, invoices, credits, and order the current job after online payment or opting to pay after delivery.


The commercial printer would see the files downloading automatically classified by the print & finish information and save nearly 8 minutes per job while printing. You do not have to set print properties. It is already set by the system. You just have to PRINT.


The PDF document that arrives from the server is ready to be cut with crop marks and slung lines. This information helps your finishing team to finish the job as per the order.


Based on the customer specified delivery or collection addresses, you can ship the product or wait for the customer to pick from  your location. If you have multiple delivery centers the system can send the PDF file to that delivery house.


The admin will be able to proof the job with only 1 sheet, print all jobs, check the order summaries of entire day. S/he will be also specifying rates for each paper or product, feed the finishing and dispatch rates, among other administrative and operational inputs for the system to provide satisfaction to the customer.
